To God Be the Glory-Another Sleeping Beauty!
About 2 months ago, I received an urgent prayer request from a friend about a young lady in Pennsylvania who had just delivered a baby. Although the baby is doing well, Monique has been in a coma every since she delivered the baby and has never laid eyes on her precious son.
On Friday morning [at the Pour Out Your Spirit Conference in July, 2009], Pastor Mahesh had the word of knowledge about a woman whose son was in a coma. The woman was so blessed, along with everyone else in the crowd. Pastor Mahesh then called for everyone who knew someone in a coma to stand and believe God for their healing. Immediately, we began to intercede and stand in the gap for Monique.
Then Pastor Mahesh started sharing a testimony of a woman in Tennessee who had been left for dead and had been lying in a coma for a while. When he got to the part about, "Wake up Sleeping Beauty", I pressed in for Monique, Sleeping Beauty, to wake up.
Yesterday morning, I received a text message from my friend Tammy (Monique's sister). The text explained that Monique starting having movement over the weekend. I was honestly expecting that response!!! But I called Tammy anyway to get the details and to encourage her. Monique moved a couple of fingers on Saturday, but on Sunday, she actually squeezed her mother's hand. HALLEULIAH!!!!
