This Week's Watch Focus: Watch for Israel

 

FRIDAY, MARCH 12, 2010. As Pastor Mahesh and Bonnie Chavda lead intercessors in a prayer watch at the Western Wall in Jerusalem this week, please join them in prayer for the peace of Jerusalem and the protection and prosperity of Israel. Pray for the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) as they guard the borders. May God confuse Israel’s enemies and neutralize the threats from a nuclear Iran.

 

Genesis 12:3, "I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed."

 

Isaiah 35:10, "And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away."

 

Psalm 137:4-6, "How shall we sing the Lord’s song in a foreign land? If I forget you, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget its skill! If I do not remember you, let my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth—if I do not exalt Jerusalem

above my chief joy."

  

Psalm 122:6-7, "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May they prosper who love you. Peace be within your walls, prosperity within your palaces.”

FRIDAY, MARCH 5, 2010. Pray for the people of Chile as they try to recover from the devastation of an 8.8 earthquake that hit Chile early Saturday, February 17. The death toll stands at 708 but may rise.
