Join in Prayer and Fasting in Solidarity with the Jewish People

In this spiritually strategic time as we see genocide of Christians by radical Islamic extremists purposed to destroy Israel and "nations of the cross." It is reminiscent of Haman's plot to destroy the Jewish people. Let us join in prayer and fasting in solidarity with the Jewish people . As Mordecai said to Esther, "For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?"

Friday, Feb 27, 2015 This year, Purim is perhaps among the most crucial in recent history. It comes at a time when Iran is on the verge of obtaining nuclear weapons. Even as Haman of old plotted to destroy the Jews, the spirit of Haman is at large again today across the Middle East, Europe, and even in the United States. Let us stand with Israel in prayer, fasting, and practical support. May the Lord who preserved Israel in the time of Esther, hear the cry of His people. May His mighty hand preserve and protect Israel. May the spirit of Haman be bound. May God uphold and vindicate His servant, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. May those who represent the voice of Haman be defeated and destroyed as in the book of Esther. May those who bless Israel be blessed and protected, as was Mordecai.

Esther 4:14, “For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

Esther 4:16 “Go, gather all the Jews who are present in Shushan, and fast for me; neither eat nor drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will fast likewise. And so I will go to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish, I perish!”

Gen. 12:3, “I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

Isa. 60:12, “For the nation and kingdom which will not serve you shall perish, and those nations shall be utterly ruined.”

Ps. 122:6, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May they prosper who love you.”

Pray for Benjamin Netanyahu's Visit to Congress:

The prime minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, will be addressing a joint session of Congress, Tuesday, March 3, the evening before Purim. It will be in the midst of much controversy with an American administration that is the most unsympathetic to the concerns of Israel in the last fifty years. Because of the seriousness of this hour in regards to the safety of Israel and the rise of anti-Semitism across the world, please pray about contacting your congressmen and encouraging them to lend their support to Israel’s prime minister.
