Let God Arise!

“Let God arise, Let His enemies be scattered”
(Ps. 68:1).
This is a strategic time for America. Over the next few months we will be in one of the greatest spiritual battles for our nation. There are powers, principalities at work to cut off our nation from our Judeo-Christian identity and foundations. As we draw closer to the national elections, all kinds of spiritual forces are arising to take advantage of this hinge in history and swing wide the doors to a different destiny than the one God fashioned in America’s founding. As believers, we have an essential role to play in this hour. God is calling us to hear the shofar and move out to the drumbeat of His Spirit as His watchmen on the wall for His destiny and purpose for our nation.
Arise, O God, you possess the nations. Ps. 82:8
The nations are God’s inheritance. And every Christian has been anointed and appointed to shape the destiny of their nation. You have been strategically placed in this particular time in history to carry the authority and power of Heaven to your nation. In this critical hour in America’s history, we have a responsibility to take our place on the wall to defend the inheritance God has given us in this great nation.
The Apostle Paul referred to the Church as the ekklessia, the legislative authority of God in the earth. Therefore, the most powerful seat of government in any nation is the Church on its knees. It’s time for the people of God to proclaim with power and bring into reality the throne of the Lamb into our realm in the earth. As Scripture says, “Every knee will bow, every tongue confess that He is Lord.” That means that every power that would try to hijack our nation’s destiny, corrupt our culture, tear down our economy, oppress our liberty, enslave our children in debt, divorce our nation from our Judeo-Christian foundations has to bow before the name of Jesus.
There’s a battle at hand for the future of America. These are the most historic elections in 150 years. Our nation is poised at a tipping point. Let us heed the call and volunteer freely in the day of God’s power. Let God’s people arise and proclaim the name of Jesus. Let us make His throne big in America!
Victory Strategy
We feel it is important to have a concentrated watch over our nation. From June 1 through Nov. 6 we are asking Christians from across the nation and our friends from across the globe to stand with us as we set a relay of continuous prayer and fasting for America. We are asking that you take at least one day during this critical window to stand in the gap and make God’s throne big over our nation. You can let us know when you will be standing with us in prayer by signing up here.
The following are the broad categories we will be targeting during the prayer relay. We will be posting updates and more details over the course of the relay.
1. Declare Jesus Lord over America
We come on the basis of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ with repentance and humbling before our mighty God.
2 Chron. 20:12, We have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You. (Prayer of Jehoshaphat)
2. Submit to God Resist the Devil
As we submit to God and resist the devil God promises that he will have to flee. Let us submit our hearts, our hands, and our nation to the Lord of glory, and stand as a wall of resistance against the plans of the enemy for our nation. Let us plead the blood that overcomes the devil over our borders, our elections, our economy, our cities, our children.
Jas. 4:7, Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
Rev. 12:11, And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
3. COME HOLY SPIRIT—Spirit of Restoration and Recovery of our moral and economic foundations
We welcome the power of resurrection for our nation. We welcome the restoration and recovery that come by the power of the Holy Spirit. May the Lord awaken our nation once again to her destiny, and restore all that the canker worm has eaten.
1 Sam. 30:8, And He answered him, “Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.”
Joel 2:19,25,28, I will send you grain and new wine and oil, and you will be satisfied by them…I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten… I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh…
4. National Elections
These are some of the most important elections in the past 150 years. The outcome of this battle will impact the future of our nation and our children for generations. Let us pray the prayer that the Lord gave our spiritual father, Derek Prince, in one of the great battles of this past century:
Lord, give us leaders such that it would be to your glory to give us the victory through them.
May the leaders our nation chooses honor our Judeo-Christian foundations, defend our liberty and freedom to worship the Lord Jesus Christ, and have godly wisdom for recovering our economy.
Ps. 75:10 ,All the horns of the wicked I will also cut off, But the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
1 Tim. 2:1-2, Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.
5. Bless Israel
The nation that blesses Israel is the nation that God blesses. May we pray for America to always be a friend and ally to God’s people. May we choose leaders who will bless Israel, and reject every influence in our laws, policies, and culture that would turn our nation away from our Judeo-Christian foundation and embrace anti-Semitic or Sharia law into our borders.
Gen. 12:3, I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
Is. 62:6-7, I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.
6. Heal our Economy
May the Lord restore America’s economic strength, that we can continue to be a blessing to the nations. We pray for jobs, new enterprises to arise, and for America to become a debt-free nation.
Prov. 22:7, The rich rules over the poor, And the borrower is servant to the lender.
7. Thanksgiving and Praise
We enter His gates with thanksgiving and praise. Let us enthrone the Lord of Glory over America as we exalt Him as our Lord and King. It is the Lord who fights for us, and our praises are the sound of His victory.
Psalm 22:3, But You are holy, enthroned in the praises of Israel.
Psalm 149:6, May the praise of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword in their hands
