God is awesome! His glory and His presence filled the atmosphere of the meetings during MCM’s Washington D.C. Miracle Glory Conference. Before the conference even got fully underway, we were receiving testimonies from people who had been mightily touched by the Lord at our previous meetings. A mother and her daughter came to the conference, bearing an incredible testimony and the photos of a devastating car accident. The mother came to tell us that she had been prompted to sow a large seed at our September conference for “one billion souls.” She had no idea that one of those souls would be the salvation of her own daughter, Ashley. Shortly after that service, Ashley, who was not following the Lord, had a car accident that was so bad that the first responders said if she survived it would be a miracle from God. Not only did she survive, but she came to our conference totally restored, jumping up and down and glowing in the joy and glory of her love for the Lord! Another man came to testify that he had come to our service last year to receive prayer for his two-year-old son. The child had bone cancer that had spread throughout his skeletal system. He had little chance of living, and doctors were already planning on amputating his leg to try and extend his life. After he was prayed for, the cancer disappeared! Today he is a healthy three year old who can walk and play.
These testimonies were just a foretaste of what the Lord was about to do. On Friday evening, just as worship was beginning to wind down, Mahesh began to share about the roar of the lion. He grew up in an area of Africa where the fiercest lions live. When they roar, the earth picks up the vibration, everything starts shaking and creatures miles away will respond to the sound.
Mahesh began to liken this power to Jesus. Suddenly the atmosphere shifted and He began to declare, “My God is awesome! My God is awesome! My God is awesome!” A vibration of the roar of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah filled the sanctuary. Everyone began to resound with the vibration of His roar from heaven and joined in with their voices to declare His awesome power. Spontaneous healings began to occur as cancer, arthritis, blood disorders and infirmities had to bow to the authority of Jesus’ roar. In that place in the thick glory, the sound of miracles filled the atmosphere, and words of knowledge and authority for miracles, healings and signs and wonders began to flow. We stayed in that place in sound of His roar for some time, while the Lord did His work.
A woman testified after the service:
I have adult onset Diabetes…Since the Fall of this year I felt I was dwindling in physical health, spiritual strength and perseverance and my will to live. After the Friday evening service, my knees which had stiffness are loose and without pain. My feet, which were swollen and felt numb, are not swollen and the nerves in them feel wonderful. My sleep that had been so long disturbed is restored after Mahesh’s prayers of “Awesome God.” I have returned today to become a true watchman for such a time as this. My feeling of spiritual and physical health and well being has returned to me fully!
Several others commented that they had never been in a meeting like this. “It wasn’t like anything I had experienced before. Mahesh was a vessel of the outpouring of the glory. People were touched just as he said, ‘You are awesome God!’ The sound and the glory just came as we worshiped God.”
The roar of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah shakes the heavens and the earth. The effect was not just the glorious healing touch that many people experienced in that evening’s session. It was a sound that shook everyone present. For some it broke off oppression and sickness, for others it was a holy awakening, a time of recalibration and a call to advance for the Kingdom.
The vibration reverberated through the entirety of the conference. Powerful times of teaching and equipping were accompanied with miracles, healings and deliverance as Bonnie taught a series on the true nature of the prophetic – the testimony of Jesus, and Lanny Clark ministered on the restoration of the broken soul. It continued to echo through the prayers of the congregation during the afternoon session, The Watch of the LordTM. Hearkening back to the prayer of our spiritual father, Derek Prince, we led the multi-lingual, multi-national congregation in a prayer for this nation and the nations, “Lord, give us leaders that it would be to Your glory to give us the victory through them.”
Our prayer for Washington DC and the nation echoes that of Job:
Listen! Listen to the roar of his voice, to the rumbling that comes from his mouth…When His voice resounds, He holds nothing back. God’s voice thunders in a marvelous ways; He does great things beyond our understanding.
Job 37: 2, 4-5
The King of Glory roared over this nation during these meetings. We continue to pray that just as cancer, diabetes and every other disease has to bow at the sound of His voice, this vibration will go forth through the nation to deliver her, awaken her and reveal His glory through her to the nations.
