Weekly Watch Focus: July 4th - God Bless America
FRIDAY, June 29, 2018—America, thank God for the liberty and prosperity we enjoy as do few nations on earth. We owe a debt of gratitude to this nation’s Founding Fathers who endowed us with the Bill of Rights and to the many others who gave their lives to preserve our liberties.
Thank the Lord for the wave of economic recovery we are experiencing as a nation, with the lowest unemployment in decades. Thank the Lord for the breakthrough with North Korea. Thank the Lord that our nation is standing firm in support of Israel so that God can shed His grace on us. Bless President Trump, Vice President Pence and the members of our current administration that are blessing Israel. May God continue to heal our land and restore our economy and strength as a defender of freedom. May we fulfill our destiny as a Godly nation and example to other nations on the earth.
Let us give thanks for our men and women of armed forces that continue to defend our liberties. Pray for angelic protection over every public gathering to celebrate this holiday. And pray a hedge of protection for every nation which stands for liberty. Bind back terror and pray for the plans of our enemies to be exposed.
We pray for a national awakening and revival for the United States and the nations around the earth. May America return to the Judeo-Christian foundations and standards set by our Founding Fathers. Arise in intercession, praise, and thanksgiving, crying, “Jesus is Lord, and God Bless America!” May the glory of the Lord cover the earth as the waters cover the sea.
