“Then Daniel praised the God of heaven and said: Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever, for wisdom and might are His and He changes the times and the seasons. He removes kings and raises up kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. He reveals deep and secret things. He knows what is in the darkness and the light dwells with Him.” Daniel 2:19-22
 
“I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes toward heaven, and my sanity was restored. Then I praised the Most High; I honored and glorified him who lives forever. For His dominion is an everlasting dominion, and His kingdom from generation to generation. All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing. He does according to His will in the army of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth. No one can restrain His hand or say to Him, ‘What have you done?’” Daniel 4:34-35

Chaos in Israel
Israel’s Defense Minister Yoav Gallant met with US officials without the knowledge of Prime Minister Netanyahu and then released public statements challenging Netanyahu’s leadership. Many speculate Gallant’s recent move is to avoid responsibility for the fact that the military utterly failed during and after the terrorist attacks. Under Gallant’s oversight, the IDF has been repeatedly pulled out of the areas they have captured only to have Hamas return. This week the IDF killed 60 Hamas militants in renewed fighting in northern Gaza amid a power vacuum. Netanyahu continues his determination to complete the three objectives agreed upon by the members of the war counsel and approved by the National Security cabinet Israeli government: military and political destruction of Hamas; return of all hostages; and prevention of Gaza manifesting a security threat to Israel in the foreseeable future. The US administration wants to end the war and integrate Hamas into the Palestinian Authority as the post-war administration of Gaza and the West Bank. Recent statements by US top officials and the embargo on weaponry for Israel are part of that agenda. The current diplomatic situation carries eerie similarity to Chamberlain’s appeasement with Hitler in the name of “peace in our time.”
 
Our prayer for Netanyahu, for Israel, and for the IDF is from Psalm 118:
“All nations surrounded me, but in the name of the Lord I will destroy them. The Lord is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation. The right hand of the Lord does valiantly. The right hand of the Lord is exalted;?I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. The Lord has chastened me severely, but He has not given me over to death.”

Prayer for US National Elections:
Americans face increasing political and financial instability under this administration. A drastic cut of at least 25% of the national debt is necessary to avoid a deep recession. Political leaders have shown no willingness to challenge the status quo and get that done. Sworn enemies within and without are doing everything to take America down.
But God!
•       He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. We pray for wise men and women of understanding who fear the Lord to replace every other city, state, and federal elected leader.
•       He reveals deep and secret things. We pray for natural and supernatural intervention in the affairs of our election process that ONLY American citizens’ legal votes be counted and no legal vote be discounted.  
•       He knows what is in the darkness and the light dwells with Him. We pray for light and cleansing from corruption and manipulation within our legislative, health, fiscal, intelligence, education institutions, and bureaucracy.
•       His dominion is enduring and supreme. We pray for men and women of God’s choosing to lead and govern in order that we may live peaceable and quiet lives in all godliness.
•       Heaven and earth ultimately submit to Him. We pray the events and results of the 2024 national election submit to the perfect will of God for our nation.
•       No one can question or resist His hand.  We pray for divine intervention and dramatic demonstration of God’s mercy in prayers being of the godly answered in the 2024 election.

Bind the Spirit of Witchcraft
The Lord swore the house of Ahab who had given his land over to the idolatry and treachery of his murderous queen, Jezebel, to complete destruction. God had a remnant in the land who had not “bowed the knee” nor had “their mouths kissed him.” (1 Kings 19:16-18) He told Elijah to anoint Elisha and Jehu to finish the job. Jehu was a fierce warrior. The watchmen recognized Jehu as he approached the city where Jezebel was enthroned reporting, “The driving is like that of Jehu son of Nimshi—he drives like a maniac.” The eunuchs guarding Jezebel threw her down and the word of the Lord was fulfilled.   
 
We take authority over the spirit of witchcraft, seduction, idolatry, and manipulation, enslaving our national administration and social and cultural mindset. We pray for a return to the Lord and the fear of Him to prevail and pervade our public square and family life. We pray for the remnant of God-fearing people in every sector to take their place and align with the purpose of the Lord for our nation.
 
This week devote times of prayer in tongues and supplication for a turn around in Israel and America. “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.” (Acts 3:19)
